Happy Memorial Day

Did you know that the U.S. has military personnel in over 100 countries?  Whether helping victims of the Nepal earthquakes, the war in Afghanistan, the relief efforts to victims of disease and pestilence, they are there providing assistance.

Wars, famine, natural disasters and disease will always be with us.   Our soldiers are asked to crawl through mud, endure blazing temperatures and risk their lives in their jobs.

This Memorial Day, we remember the fallen, celebrate those who have returned and pray for those who are still overseas.   All are heroes.

Thank you for our freedom.

Please Welcome Nurse Practitioner Katie Faragher

Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Katie Faragher will begin seeing patients on Monday, June 8th.

Katie started her nursing career on the Pulmonary and Allergy unit of Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago. She then joined a pediatric practice in Chicago.  It was there that she discovered her love for primary care and went back to school to earn her Master's degree at Rush University.  Prior to coming to PHA, she continued to work at the same Chicago practice as a nurse practitioner, gaining valuable skills and knowledge which we know will benefit our patients!

Katie has a special interest in allergy, newborn care, and nutrition.

Katie loves yoga, jogging, playing tennis, travel and spending time with her family and friends.
